First off, thank you for your help last week in my querry. I quess it is time to return the favor. As you know fly fishing I know small electrics.
Russell Hobb's is a good product line and they are becoming more popular in the US market. They are well made and would be a good chioce. If I may make a couple of suggestions:
The best product line for the cost would be Cuisinart (Queese-in-art). They are well made and should last you a long time.
In your article you had mentioned your toaster having multiple settings for different tasks. If space is not a constraint I'd suggest you look into a toasteroven. Though a bit larger than a toaster they are made to multitask more so then a toaster.
