BT,s Fly Fishing Products

We read a lot of posts on the subject of poor customer service lately from vendors but BT.s fly fishing products (a FAOL sponsor) is not one of them! I ordered the Rotary Tying Techniques DVD from them on Saturday afternoon. The DVD arrived this afternoon with a hand written thank you from Al Beatty. Thats what I call good customer service.
