WOW ! ! ! this is either going to be one heck of a holiday - or ........

Black Hills brookie - check
Alberta Mountain rainbows - check
Manitoba pike waters - check
North Dakota salmon - check
Minnesota ...... - check
and possible forrays into Wyoming and Montana
Family's doing .... stuff (shopping, waterparks, etc) .......... and I get to go ........... (guess)

All in all though .......... Minnesota / Wisconsin - what's up. Right next door. Drooled over the boundary waters area, planned a few excursions ...... but .......... Minneapolis and area ...... what's up - where 'should I NOT head to' (nudge nudge wink wink).

Trying to keep fly stuff to a minimum - but already have my 4wt, 6wt and 9wt going - plus flies for cold and warm water species ........ the options are NOT helping me in those matters.

Any hints / tips of waters to pry around end of August would be appreciated ........ and if ya need to be dragged outta work to show me ..........
