    Default WAKLEY LAKE

    I had the opportunity to meet two of your members at wakley over the forth and they were very helpful and gave me lots of info. I just started to fly fish this yr. and am learning more and more. I would like to say thanks and sorry I was unable to make the demonstration . Anyway looking forward to talking to you more .

    Welcome aboard, Dave. You met Jack Hise and me. We enjoyed talking to you! I hope that you had better luck than we did when you did hit the lake. Feel free to make yourself a regular here. The fly-tying archives are quite good. You will find lots of helpful information and plenty of nice people. Be fairly warned, a lot of the women on this site outfish a lot of the men. (In the background I can hear Deb's, "Well, yeah.")

    It's Wakeley, not Wakley.

    We see it spelled wrong all the time. Even on some governmental signs.

    I don't get upset by it, just wanted to let you know
