All the rain in OK

What is the census on all of the rain in OK and it's affect on the fishing? (in ponds and lakes?)

Once the rains came fishing became a lot tougher. One pond we have access to had a significant fish kill even carp due to flooding. We are catching a few catfish and an occasionl LM bass but fishing has been sub parr. The water is still very high in most ponds and muddy even by Oklahoma standards.
In lake Hefer in the city walleye fishing has been good so I am told but it is not flyfishing.
