I'm headed to Henry's Fork the end of July. I'm not really sure which section we'll be fishing, but probably not the ranch.
Any recommendations for what patterns to stock up on? I'm not a purist of any sort, so let loose.

Have you ever fished it before? It can be pretty tough.
I was last there in mid August, and there was a robust dark caddis hatch in the evening. It was something to behold, because the bugs were thick and the fish were going nuts.
The usual nymphs and terrestrials will catch fish there, I can't tell you they are the best, but they will catch fish. There is nothing new in this statement, but it is easier to catch fish there down below than on the dry fly.
take a nice selction of hopper pattern, that time of year there are a lot of grass hopper about.
Ghost.
Thanks for the advice. Terrestrials it will be. Should I expect a flav hatch that time of year, or no?
I am up there every year. There will be hatches that will turn the sky RED. I recommend CADDIS and when they are real think and the fish are feeding on them all over the place try nymphs.
I fish a lot at Last Chance and Coffe Pot. You could also try something larger like a Black Gurdle bug. I know the stonefly hatch is gone, but they still work.
