    Default Punch Yarn

Yesterday while fishing my punch yarn ant was repeately attacked by hungry bluegill. i noticed that after about a dozen fish the aft portion of the fly was no longer an "ant hump" but just a wad of loose yarn. Lesson learned: Make sure you get punch yarn tied on real tight when making ants or other humpy critters.

Or try a little Sally Hansen's lacquer.

    Isn't that yarn a great material ?
