Jim, I was in your shop last fall on a rainy day (lots of them last fall) and you gave me a demo for tying the hair ball. Great demo, but the lesson apparently didn't stick based upon my attempts to tie the fly last night.

Any chance you could post one of your great step-by-step tutorial photo essays?

    Thanks,
    David

I second that request. As one who has never tied an egg pattern I'd love to see a quality step-by-step!

Thanks! You triggered my memory, and the flies tied last night looked pretty good. Well, hopefully good enough for Steel! Keep the photo essays coming -- they are a treat!
