My First Ultralight Rod for Panfish

Based on a Forecast 6'6" 4 piece 2 wt blank I should be able to fish with it next weekend! I glued on the tip top and handle today and should be able to wrap all of the guides this weekend and during my lunch hours next week. Got the reel for fathers day and all ready have the line spooled. I can't hardly wait!

Very nice! I just finished a 3 pc. 7 ft. 3 wt. and I plan to go to the lake soon! But please do post a pic! Funny thing is, is that the first fish on that rod will be my first fish on a fly!
