.......I'd just like to thank St. Croix.......I had a fly reel that never really worked from the get go.....So I emailed this company and without hesitation my concerns with the reel were looked into and then a new reel was shipped out to me free of charge without ever having to mail the reel in question back to St. Croix for there inspection.....
I'm not suggesting that this is their normal policy....but in this instance this was a business characteristic that you don't find too often in todays world....Not to mention the reel in question was a year old......I never made reference to the idea of being sent another reel as a replacement either....not once in my letter did I suggest or hint to the idea of receiving a replacement......
It was something that was done purely on the part of St. Croix and a stand up gesture that won't soon be forgotten by me....
That gesture to me was really unmeasureable and just so very trusting.....
Five star ***** company in my opinion.....
