Fished Saturday with Mikey (Ohiotuber) and had a blast with with the gills and LMB. Here's some fishy pics:

Secluded farm pond we fished that is owned by a friend of Mike.

Here's Mike teaching me proper form (not really, but it makes for a fun caption).

Here he is feeding the trees flies with his backcast.

Caught and released this gill (and quite a few others just like it) on my 1wt. These fish were so heavy that I used a net on them to protect the rod. Great fun! The rod handle is 9-1/2" from winding check to butt, and some of these gills exceeded that length.

I was targetting some large mouth bass, so I got out the Big Gun for them (9'-0" 4wt).

Finally, here are the patterns that worked well all day. All three caught bass and gills.

Thanks, Mike, for a great day of fishing and fellowship. I believe we solved more than a couple of the world's problems in just a few short hours as well. Enjoy the pontoon boat.
