    Default Tennessee Wooo Haaa!!!!

Tonight Waren and I landed 53 trout and a dozen or so Blue Gills/Black Perch in a tad over 3 hours on the Duck River. Yes they were hatchery fish! Yes they were caught on soft hackle flys! But when you're getting your string yanked on 90% of your casts who cares??!! Did they fight? You bet! Was it a fun evening? You bet!!
My fingers looked like white prunes! My feet were cold from not having to wade, once in the stream just stand there and catch fish!! My back aches, and it'll take an hour to sort out and repack my gear!
Even though Warren outfished me 4 to 1 it was a grand evening!!
Am I lovin' Tennessee? Take a wild guess!
My goal is to fish every month and this year I missed Feburary but that won't happen again!!
    Wooo Haaa!!!

    Jack,

Warren here---Just wondering if you enjoyed fishing tonight?!

Folks, it is so nice to finally have someone to share what I have been enjoying for a long time! I enjoy fishing by myself, but, it is so much better when you have someone to share it with like Jack. I am very glad to have Jack as a neighbor and fishing partner. He is a good person.

Oh, JC, it seems odd that everytime Jack and I fish together, either your name or Deanna's comes up. Hopefully, I will get a chance to meet you two fine people one day. Maybe at the Tennessee Fish-In!! Hint, Hint....

    Hey Jack and Warren,

Sounds like the two of you experienced what it feels like to be a kid again. Soak up every last second, and cherish it!

Wish I could be there to soak it up with you.

    Wet nets and screaming drags,

    Terry

    Jack,
I'm proud of you for telling the TRUTH about Warren outfishing you. Get on the same page as Warren and it would be acceptable if you both told a few fish stories!
You also might consider learning how to cast left handed so the fish won't ruin your good arm.
