Just got back from doing a fly fishing clinic a couple of counties over. There were four of us from the local club presenting - short and simple, equipment, casting and fly tying. Just over a dozen people attended, which isn't real big, but they were all very interested in everything. We had brand new beginners and people with some experience attend. The best ones were a family - dad and four sons from age 26 to 12. The boys were very eager to learn, full of questions, and were excited about everything. I think they would have stayed there all day if they could. They all shook our hands and thanked us over and over before they left.
It was a very pleasant morning. The 4 of us that were presenting enjoyed it as much as the crowd, and had almost as much fun as they did.

Just thought I'd share the warm feelings.
