I found the pic over on Dennis' site and got a laugh.

Juniour asked why. 'Ya see, ... up here, 80% of forested land is public and in the region it's over 95%.

There are access corridor laws etc too. We don't have trouble keeping people OUT, ... we have problems finsing enough anglers to COME IN

Overcrowding ??
