Mine is a surface fly that is dome shaped, yellow in color, has a black and yellow tail, white rubber legs and two red dots on the underside and tied on a #12.
I twitch it from time to time to give it an alive look....it's a killer panfish fly!
Mine is just a basic bee.
It is divided into three different body sections instead of two and dosn't have any kind of legs or hackle.
Dubbed Bee
Hook: Any wet nymph hook, 8-12
