    Default Kolke Creek (Au Sable headwaters, MI) lawsuit update part 2

    As per someone in attendance at court proceedings - "The trial ended today, and it looks pretty good. The Judge wants all final arguments in writing in 14 days and says he will issue an Order or full Decision in 28 days." 4/13/2007
