Hello Friends,

Last year I commented on the fact that I was, with the help of my
doctor, working towards a complete overhaul upon my person.*G*

Latest status is that the knees are now both in good working order
and the total knee replacement on my right knee is performing
admirably. My doctor has released me to again launch my bass
boat single handedly and pursue the finned denizens of my fishery
to my hearts content.

In addition, we have reduced my cholesterol numbers to near
optimum and have assumed much better eating habits.*G*

I have also been totally nicotine free for nearly four months with a
minimum of unpleasant cravings. At the same time I reduced my
caffine intake, which was considerable, to a level of about 25 % of
what it was.

Currently recouping from several recent bouts of oral surgury and
probably just a few days from enjoying a good cut of beef off of the
grill with a nice pink tint to it.*G*

Today marks a milestone in my endeavor of becoming a full time
"Gill Bum" as it is my 62nd birthday and the addition of Social
Security to my other retirement funds is noteworthy in that it puts
a number of grass rods in the field of practical rather than merely pipe dreams.*G*

I have regretfully been absent from the boards a goodly amount
in recent months, however, I anticipate returning to same with
vigor in view of the gains made.*G* I fully hope and anticipate
that I will in the coming months though the use of digital photo's
and stories of my personal exploits here on the Santee Cooper
Lakes of South Carolina, specically created by God for discerning
fishers of bluegills and red eared sunfish, create a sense of jealousy and longing that many will be hard pressed to ignore.
Fear not however as my door is always open and I often have
a spare seat available in my bass boat.*G* Warm regards, Jim
