    Love the look of those glass beads.

    Of course, after my backcast hits the rocks behind me, the bead is gone....fly looks kind of funny.

    Still seems to work, though.

    Okay, I like it better behind the peacock, but then that's just me. I wonder how the bead placement affects the way the fly sinks or it's action in the water, moving or still water. So many questions and so little time.

    Nice looking fly either way, but you caught this fisherman on the second one.

    I think I like it too...the peacock gives it a nice throax.....someone else asked me about the sinking with regards to the positioning of the bead....I might try to set up an experiment to see...

    I do a CDC double glass bead emerger...with a black glass bead being the throax and the clear after to simulate the release of the gases.....fish like that fly too (however, no peacock)
