A night time report..

Its a GOOD ONE!!!!


Got to chute 2 about 9pm...
got the waders on... rod ready... and a horn went off...
NO PROBLEM!!!

rigged a midge and scud dropper.. caught 3
took off the scud and tried a pink SJ Worm.. caught 2

water starts to drop...
so I put on a brown pine squirrel... 14 bows
and 3 brown...

Oh Yeah... this was one of the browns

Its just to bad I was the only one on the water tonight...
fish was GREAT.. until the wind really kick up...
I got off the water just after midnight

Never fished Taney but looks very rewarding...You think it's possible to do the same thing on the white in Mtn. Home at night?
Tried fishing several times at night but just haven't managed to get up the same confidence level. Not too mention the feeling something is always staring at me from the river bank.

Waders,
The White and Norfork can both be productive night fishing destinations. The most important thing about night fishing is becoming familiar with the area that you plan to fish during daylight hours before attempting to fish them at night.
