Yesterday I broke my GLoomis 6 wt. while fighting a fish on my first outing of the season!

I hurried home and called the dealer through whom I purchased the rod two years ago. While I was on the phone, he checked his stock and found that he had "my rod" in stock. He told me to drop by right away and he'd take care of it.

When I arrived, he took at look at my old rod, and handed me a brand new one (in a new tube and sock). "There," he said, "that should get you back on the water. Conditions are too good right now to be without a rod."

From the time I broke the rod, until the new one was in my hand, a mere 45 minutes passed. Now that's what I call service!
