Wisconsin: Rush River Clean Up 4/21

Hello Driftless anglers! The third annual Rush Clean Up will be on Saturday April 21. Last year we hauled a ton of trash, recyclables and tires out of the river with the help of nearly 140 volunteers just like you.

We had a good turn out and a lovely day. About 300 pounds of what we picked up included recyclable cans and bottles. Roughly 900 pounds consisted of tires, scrap metal and weirdness. Prize for the Weirdest Find went to the Fly Fishing Women of Minnesota who pulled a waffle iron out of the river.
