Hey Dave;
That was a GREAT blow-by-blow report . Makes me wish I had attended ( maybe next year).Seems like all had a great time and the weather cooperated for the most part. You mentioned that at times the fishing was great but the catching left a bit to be desired, well that's the beauty of just being there. The catching is just the cherry atop the great sundae. The GSMMP and Cherokee NC are two of our favorite stops on our way back from Florida to Illinois in January and your report brings back pleasant memories.
