I was at my local fishing spot and I began to watch and cast at this one trout. From what it looked like he was activly eating but he was swimming all over this one area. Figure a 10' circle. It looked like it was chasing food before it passed him. After catching what ever was floating by he would return fairly close to his original spot. This lasted for about 5 mins or so then he swam up stream as if to find a better spot. Now I know he was chasing food because he chased after my white wolly bugger but suddenly decided to let it go. To make my fishing turn into catching what could I used to skim the water to see what he was eating?
