When fishing a deep water express sinking tip flyline, such as the Teeny T-Series or TS-Series, do you prefer the type with the floating running line or the intermediate sink running line? Why?

We have a couple integrated lines like you speak of. We like those with the floating running section so we can mend them.
We use, generally, heads and amnesia for "slow water" and "real" depth work.
