    Default Puffball flies

    Hi,
I just created a series of dries flies, emergers.. I call them the Puffball flies. The wing is made of a CDC oiler Puff, tied upside down the feather makes a small ball, very resilient.

You can see the complete series and a step by step tying sequence at:http://www.pechetruite.com/Mouches/tying-puff.htm
I'll test these flies in action during the coming season but I wanted to share the design.

    Hi Jax,
Please let me know if the New Zealand trout are taking these Puffball emergers.
I only tested them once last year with good success and I'm waiting for the new season to start here in France.
