Before Christmas I ordered some rod building supplies from Hook and Hackle. I arrived a couple of days later but the rod case I ordered wasn't in the box. It wasn't marked on the invoice as back ordered so I called...

The gentleman who answered the phone (it wasn't Ron I think it was Ryan) listened to my story, looked up the order and asked if I could wait a minute. He returned a few minutes later and said, "I have one right here in my hands, I will get it right out to you."

Later that evening I got a notice from UPS that a package was coming my way. H&H had packed the case and had it on the truck less than an hour after I called.

Should the order been wrong in the first place? I don't know, but I really appreaciate how quickly and cheerfully they made it right. I know others have been less pleased, but I am a happy customer, and am already working on my next order.
