    Default Underwater Fish Pics

I've seen several posts from people wondering about photo quality, etc of waterproof digital cameras. Thought i'd share a couple underwater pics taken this past weekend with my pentax W10. Shooting underwater requires quite a bit of luck but once in a while you come up with some quality photos...enjoy. Browns on buggers!!!!!

Nice . Just got my W10. Now if I could get some Bluegill and Shellcrackers to pose for me in clear water ... NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

I think you're gonna have a lotta fun with that camera. I messed around with a waterproof APS film camera a couple years back.
It does take a lotta luck. It took me a long while to get the hang of it and get some good pics. Keep at it and practice.
Most of my pics were taken just as I was landing the fish, so they were still on the line. Take a few pics, get 'em unhooked,
and they're gone without leaving the water.

    Hi Everyone,

We have a local Flyfishing/Photography club here in SA and these guys are really good!

    check out http://saflyphoto.googlepages.com/

Not all pics are underwater ones, but you will find some really sick ones if you browse through the galleries.

    Enjoy
    Grant.

    I forgot to add:

With underwater shots you can't really aim so a good way to get a decent shot is to put your camera on burst mode and move it around while shooting. This goes in with the whole luck thing, and the more shots you take, the luckier you can be so the burst mode makes a lot of sense.
