As promised. Here is a picture of the first fish I caught on one of the Bamboo fly rods I got (and refinished) with the help of FAOL and its members. Sure, I would have loved for it to be fall colored brookie, or maybe a big old brown...but alas you get what you get. A firsts a first right? Either way it still meant a lot; it's darn nice to have a goal and see it realized. Again, a big thanks to everyone who helped make this one a reality (Photojoe especially).
