How and where does everyone store their hard-hulled kayaks during winter? It's easy to pull the plug and deflate the inflatables, so that's not too tough to deal with.

However, I don't have a garage or a shed to keep mine in, so the front porch will have to do for me. I have it leaned/locked against the porch wall where nobody can trip over it and it won't get snowed on. Hopefully that's enough. I can't use hangers or straps to keep it off the floor and it won't fit down the basement staircase, either. Danged vintage 1920 house wasn't built for a kayak fisherman.
