I just subscribed over the phone and the gal made no mention of it. Granted I didn't ask. Perhaps it was because I only subscribed for one year?

I would suggest you just call them...[see sponsors list]....their 800 # is....1 800 541 9498... 1 503 653 2766 fax... you will probably get Veronica....tell her what you want ....maybe you can pick a book[s] over the phone or she can send you a broshure....
