    Hey Jack,

Obviously your still a young man at heart. Your
still bragging about the good doctor reports instead
of exagerating the bad ones.*G* Tell me more about
the $14 anti smoking kit. I'm within a few days of
making the same attempt. Also, I'm curious about the
    "O" bloodtype diet.*G* I love beef and I'm O+.*G*
By the way, my Doc visit is only half an hour away.
Hope I have good news to report too. Warm regards,
    Jim

I am also struggling with quitting smoking and would be very interested in the kit your doctor recommended as well.

1.5 pack/day x $5.50/pack = $625 in savings in 2.5 months ... this means with success, you can buy yourself the new Sage Z for Christmas and not have to explain a new rod to anyone !?!
    Good Luck ! :)

Good Luck! Jack and Jim on your goal to quit smoking.
I am one of the lucky ones because I tried my first cigarette when I was very young and about choked to death. I guess that I've saved a lot of money because of it.
Your health is more than not smoking, it is being dedicated to all aspects of diet and exercise.
I know you guys can do it!
    Take Care,
    Doug

This bit of support from someone who quit a "few" years back. Tell everyone you know that you have quit smoking. That acts positively in two ways. One, that many more people will be supporting your resolve, and Two, that many more people will know of your weak character should you weaken. Kits, schmitz, it's ultimately your determination that will help you overcome the habit. The kits probably will act as a psychosomatic inducement and THAT's not all bad either. It's a bit like paying someone $1000 to help you quit. You'd be pretty foolish to re-smoke after paying . He my not actually "help" you but the fact that you paid the money demonstrated your resolve and THAT is what it takes, R-E-S-O-L-V-E.

Good Luck , no question better health is in the balance
PS: Quitting is easy, I've ..................(you know the rest)

    Jack,

I think I remember a post a year or so ago that you had quit smoking....I do know how hard it is..I had quit for 5 months about 6 or 7 years back...why in gods name I ever started again is beyond me....Best of luck in the quest...I know it can be done..My mother who smoked for over 40 years has been smoke free for the past 5 years... and yes... I hear it from her all the time...
    Wish ya great fishing,Bill
