Hey, I'm from Molalla, they'll sell you anything you can possibly imagine from a varmint/fowl. Deep fry it, heap on some ketchup, and you've got a meal.
One of the finer establishments used to have a bug zapper right behind the counter by the cash register...best soft serve ice cream and the delightful ambiance of another fly meeting its demise.
