Dotman continues to give exceptional service

Over the past couple of years I have purchased ReelDots as stocking stuffers for Christmas. Each time Jerry (aka Dotman) has always filled and sent the order pronto He also lets you know in a message how he appreciates your business. This time was no exception. Within the past week I sent him a PM from the BB asking if he had PayPal abilities. He explained that he was in the process of putting it in place, but it was not functioning as of yet and to let him know what I wanted and he would invoice me via his PayPal account. No sooner than I replied with my order, Jerry sent me an invoice via his PayPal account. He sure made it easy for me. I just received my order of ZipCast and several CaseDots yesterday.

Ditto! Having met him, done business with him, even wet a hook on the same water, am sure many others will concure. A class act! As is also the case of the FAOL family and sponsors. Wouldn't mind though if Dotman would let me "borrow" his two wheeler though....

Jerry has a great business model. Especially in the area of customer service. I need to take inventory of my dots and probably order some more before we hit the holiday season.
