While tying on our Canadian trip, we realized that we didn't have anything to add a nice shiny bubble to the backs of our Iron Sallies - sorta Copper John style.

So we improvised with Loon UV Wader Repair. We folded a piece of paper so that it had a ridge in it, hooked the Sallies through the paper ridge so they'd sit upright, put a dot of the wader patch on the backs of all our finished nymphs and set them in the sun on the hood of the car.

They were dry in about a minute. Which is good, because I walked off to go fish without them and by the time I remembered, the wind had flipped the paper over. The flies were glue side down on the shiny black rental car.
