It's getting to be about time to start getting ready for fall whites/hybrids. Around here they start chasing shad in the shallows and riprap about the end of Sept. It's not quite as exciting as the spawning run up the rivers in the spring, but it lasts longer, is more dependable, and it's a total blast! Anyway, I usually rely pretty heavily on clousers, wooly buggers, deceivers, and pencil poppers. Anybody got any secret weapons I can add to my arsenal? recipes would be appreciated, too
