I am disheartened by this...my grandfater with his 5 boys fished these waters on many occasions..this is just horrifying. My dad now takes my nephew to these waters, well, used to take my nephew......

Bill has a lanyard, carries most of the stuff mentioned, heck I dont know what it holds, I know I see his fishing license on it, and the clippers...
