sorry but the davis lake i am referring to is in oregon. it used to be a trophy trout fishery there are still some big ones in there, but is now a good, very good bass fishery.

thanks for the replys. i was wondering if a anchor on one end and a drift chute on the the other would do the job, with out the worry of swamping the kayak? again thanks for the responses.
