I use Windows One care. I like it, pretty neat.
Oh man,
Only in California...
I also like Altoids tins. I had my mom tell the people she works for to save the tins for me, and a week or so later I was getting overrun with tons of tins. I glued foam into many of them, and kept...
I read that story the other day as well. Holy $#!*
I agree. The few fly swaps I did, sure helped me tie those flies.
Like the Klinkhammer special for example, I pretty much sucked at it, but with some practice I did an acceptable job.
Good...
I sent them an e-mail last night about it and they responded this morning apologizing, and saying that they didn't receive my e-mail(probably because I sent it through my Gmail not their website.)...
Well the other week I decided it was time to send my vise head assembly off for repair. However, I just got around to doing it this past week. So I filled out a card with contact info, my vise...
There really isn't a best fly line...more like the best fly line for you.
Personally, Being a stillwater guy,
I don't give a crap what he says. I tie flies with ribbing over the shellback, and do just fine. I catch plenty of fish with them and they don't fall apart.

Body: red thread
ribbing: clear craft lace, stretched thin.
Coating: sally hansens.
I use them for midges and chironomids. I wrap the whole body with clear or black and then give it a top coat of sally hansens for extra dimension in a fly.

I saw a little girl at the local lake running around and putting lead sinkers in her mouth. She would chew on them for long amounts of time. I bet thats not the first time she has done it and not the...
I don't know if I had a wierd one or something, But I did remove the pawl, because the reel was so loud.
It made it a bit looser but the reel is totally silent. I like very quiet reels.
:)
In the warm water section of the website, There is a few articles in a row all about foam poppers and making your own. He mentions the stuff you speak of. Might wanna check it out.
My link is just to an external blog. Not selling anything. If anyone would prefer I didn't have it on my Sig to make it easier for detection of selling websites, or just prefer it wasn't there, I...
Yep, I have the exact same model and it is the same way. Not very fine tuneable and it easily slips out of adjustment with one bump of the finger.
On a side note, If the super loud click bugs...
The fish looks like a bluegill to me.
as for the bug I agree with the assumption of it being a dragonfly nymph.
My fly tying started with spin fishing ironically. I had been using jigs and things for trout and crappie, And I saw a guy who tied his own jigs. I thought how cool it would be and started tying jigs...
