Yesterday I visited one of my favorite spots near Monroe and it ain't pretty. The water is still very fast and opaque. It is unlikely that fish can see a lure unless it hits them on the head.

Hmm... I thought asking questions was the purpose of this forum. As a "site admin", I would expect you to already know that. If you want to talk about computer science, I am sure my education and...

I like Berkely Firewire as a leader, but it's REALLY expensive (~$20/125 yds). If it's the best line to use, then it's probably worth it. Unfortunately I don't have the time or money to compare all...

I know 1/4 ounce sounds heavy, but our...
Hmm... I really should read all of the posts before I reply. The kit Becky offered is FAR superior to the one I bought -- and free is always the best price! :D

I bought this kit and it rocks. Even though I don't fish in saltwater, the price is hard to beat! For more feathers, icicles, hooks, etc just go...

I am from Springfield MO but never spent much time fishing Taneycomo. Had I known there were fish like these, I probably would have moved to Branson!
Do you have a recipe for the "double bunny"?
