Thanks. I was going to use saltwater flies. They just need to be larger.
I am going to be going on a trip to Wisconsin and was wondering what flies work for pike. I have some clousers and decievers, but I think I need something larger in length. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hey spinner! Nice report! Do most of the trout streams in WI still have trout in them come August? I am heading to Appleton in a month and was wondering if you had any suggestions for trout streams?
Made my own homemade fly box today. Went to michael's and bought a bead container. It had 4 large compartments and 4 small, which i put magnetic strips in, and I glued foam to the upper half. Now i...
I would also recommend frogg toggs. I really love them they work great.
Thats very funny. I can just imagine walking in to a restraunt after fishing and having everyone staring at you. Haha. That's good to know though. I am going to use that on my next outing.
That's Terrible. Someone should do something about it.
Thanks! I will get some of those books. The leech pattern looks easy. I'll have to try that today.
I see you have a box of shells in the upper right corner. Is that how you "catch" the fish when they don't bite? ;) just kidding
Thanks for all the suggestions.
My prayers are out to you and your family in this time. Thank your son for all he has done for our country and everyone that lives in it. Hope he gets through this time safely.
Awesome report! Catfish on the topwater? thats crazy! No wonder the catfish is fat. Nice report. Thanks again for the info on flies.
No, but they were mentioned. I hope some will be soon. Cant wait to see them.
thanks that helps a lot. The buzzer looks really easy. I also saw in the al campbell series there was a t.c.t.k. that is easy also.
thanks! That will help for sure. Do large mouth usually hit wet flies?
I'm new to fly tying and was wondering what the easiest fly to tie was. Any suggestions?
Awesome idea for the poppers. How hard are they to cut with a razor blade?
Thats a good idea! Those eyeglass cases are in many different sizes.
Ya I was thinking about that. It seems funny, but maybe that extra fly is used so that the others can have the best flies possible. An insurance fly.
Thanks! I was very confused about what you did. Thank You! I think I will go join a swap now. :D
Nice job!!! These reports are keeping me sane while I wait to go to Wisconsin. What type of pattern would you recommend for bass and bluegill?
