no bake at all. after mixing, she just spreads them into a glass pan ,uses a pizza cutter to divide them into bars. makes about 28 per pan. Will definitely try the flax seed.

my wife makes a very similar protein bar sans the chocolate chips and flax seed (although those are great additions I'll suggest to her). She doesn't bake hers so I'm interested to try...
