Thanks caibill, I might do that if I can afford it.
I finally have the chance to fish the big salt, but I got no idea where to go or anything. Anybody on here from the Savannah area that can point me in the right direction?(I dont mean East. lol)
I wish i had caught it on a fly, but given the area that i was fishing in and my casting abilities, i was cheaper to use spinning gear. lol

I appreciate it. I'd hate to spend all that money on a lemon.
i had actually planned to put a small transom mount trolloing motor on it later on but yeah that helps. I believe it is the one from Trout unlimited. I know its the Bright Orange one in the Cabelas...
I was only plannin on using it in still waters and slow moving creeks and rivers such as the Brazos River here in Texas.
the Colorado XT pontoon that Cabelas carries. Anyone have any experience with this model and what are ya'lls opinions?

Thanks Betty, i dont think it was meant for you. Dont remember you ever...
I feel your pain, or should i say i wish i did. We have had up to 115 here. And thats about what it will be like till ladte September, haha.
rookie. But, alas, money and distance put a large damper on the idea.
I received an apology from the individual, and that tells me a couple thing for sure: that sometimes we choose our words in haste, and that i was right in my theory that everyone on here is a friend...
You apologize to someone, and then they completely ignore you? Im not saying that that was the way of my particular case, but it would appear that way since i posted the apology on the individuals...
