I just got a Peak a week ago as well and love it! Makes me wonder why I hadn't upgraded sooner! Looking forward to tying some big hair bass flies.

I went with the pedestal, for the 'use anywhere' and I have a c-clamp that will work with it. I agree, a lot of vise for the money!!

What are your thoughts on a cam-locking jaw vs. a knob? I have used cam-locks but not sure, do the knob style tighten sufficiently to hold the hook without movement?
