Guide did not insure the package and UPS will not claim liability. UPS will only offer $100 reimbursement. T&T offered the Guide...

Issue is still ongoing without much progress or resolution. I'm at UPS's mercy at this point as they're performing an investigation, and whether they'll accept responsibility for the lost / stolen...
