While I am not a skilled caster by any stretch, I just buy high quality 4lb test floro-coated fishing line for my tippet... is this horribly bad? heck I use it as my leader as well... works fine for...

dont know if this is what you are looking for but cabela's has a boat bag in their "bagain cave" might be worth a look... seemed to hold lots of stuff and had some compartmentalized areas for tools...
