Thanks. Uni thread is a single strand thread and works well for most applications. But I'm also looking for a multi-strand type of thread and fly shops are few and far between.

With respect to the Whiting Brahma...if one were interested in tying soft hackles, primarily sizes 12 to 16, would a saddle provide a range of feathers in these sizes or would a cape be better suited...
