Pegs are 1 1/8 Dowel 4 inches long. End is counter bored with a 7/8 forsner bit, then drilled with 3/8 bit 2 inches deep.
The t-nuts are dry fitted ( hammered in ) then...

Here's the board not together.

I built one today, using Kaboom1's method. Stopped the bolt channels short of the joints. 3 pieces one, 5ft and two, 4 ft. For pegs I used 1 inch dowel with screw inserts for 3/8 inch carriage bolts....

I have always liked Kaboom1's board idea. I thought it would be nice to make it in 3 ( 3ft or 4ft pieces ) and dowel them to make the board more portable. maybe use a thicker board and not have the t...
