Thanks all - much appreciated.
It was the clamp/pedestal light suggestions I was looking for - the Ottlite looks great, but at 4.5lbs is way heavier than wanted - and main use is when tying on a...
Hi all - looking for recommendations for a cheap LED light for my portable tying kit. I have a couple of the daylight lamps but lugging those around is too much. I've seen the Peak light, but at $140...
Ray - this I needed to hear! Just been through a weekend of steelhead tube tying, and the fingers do get pretty coloured. I'll try the method you mention - when you say "heavily salted" what rough...

JW
In that case, sorry, no.
plannettrout - those look excellent - can I ask what the dubbing is behind the bead, is that some kind of sparkle chenille wound round the hook? And I assume the body is flash or ribbon with wire...
Hans - not sure, am struggling to remember any VFS in my history, which probably means a no! But am a great fan of your videos in any case.
VFS is what exactly (in case my memory is dreadful)

Guys - here is a suggestion: we're at nine people now and I think unlikely to get more people very quickly even though it's on FTF too.
