If the October Caddis are hatching or have hatched recently a wet caddis should do the trick, especially if on a light wire hook and fished in or just under the surface film....

Well, since Jack will be using the October Caddis, I have to assume it will be a "dry".

Does anyone know if the "wet" October Caddis will work or not?

Are you recommending the "wet" Caddis fly pattern or the "dry" Caddis fly pattern? If one was to tie up the "wet" Caddis fly pattern, what size hook? ...
