Ha! I wondered about this too! Thats a weird one, isn't it! Certainly an unusual and unlikely hookup for sure.
I should mention that for the more standard-sized wide-gap hook models for use on a 4"+/- Gamechanger, you'll likely want a 1/0 or 2/0 size hook.
In the picture with the 4 white GameChangers, you'll notice the hooks have a reversed barb. I don't know where I got these hooks, they are in an unmarked package, and I'm almost out! Great...

Not difficult at all. Definitely tedious, because its like you are tying 4 or more separate flies and have to connect each segment to the next....but the action in the water when using a jerk-pause...
